With the total solar eclipse right around the corner (it happens April 8, FYI), businesses are gearing up for the big celestial event. Hotels and resorts within the eclipse’s 115-mile-wide path of totality are offering special packages, while Southwest and Delta have scheduled special eclipse-viewing flights. And cities, museums, and parks are staging watch parties.
Texas is this year's prime eclipse destination—in particular Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio, according to AAA booking data. But nearly everyone in the U.S. should be able to see at least a partial eclipse, barring bad weather.
