The Breakers Palm Beach

As part of its ongoing commitment to revitalization and preservation to maintain its stunning evolution, the 140-acre, century-old oceanfront grand dame The Breakers Palm Beach completed multimillion-dollar enhancements and refurbishments to its meeting and event spaces in November. Structural improvements, including new mechanical lighting systems and elevated technological capabilities, were made to the resort’s four wedding- and conference-friendly ballrooms: Venetian Ballroom (9,600 square feet and 1,100 capacity reception style); Mediterranean Ballroom (6,136 square feet and 600 capacity); Gold Room (2,304 square feet and 175 capacity); and the Magnolia Room (2,304 square feet and 175 capacity). Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

In December 2023, the 103-year-old Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton completed a renovation curated by Wimberly Interiors. Mirabella

A taste of coastal Italy laced with the vibrant energy of the Magic City, the 9,418-square-foot Mirabella opened in Fontainebleau Miami Beach in October 2023. The dining room is dressed in custom furniture with scarlet red and lapis blue lacquer, embossed leather upholstery, and intricate brass detailing. Hand-painted palm tree-printed Dedar fabric earns a Florida nod, while South African artist Lucie de Moyencourt's hand-painted ceramic shells adorn the back wall inviting the nearby sands inside. The pink-hued Lilypad chandelier by Laura Gonzalez and the existing architectural elements lend to its charm. Still, there’s a captivating mosaic-clad indoor bar, as well as a cozy outdoor dining terrace. Chef Michael White honors Italy’s rich culinary heritage by land and sea, along with caviar service and raw bar delicacies. Ideal for private corporate events, client meetings, baby and wedding showers, and birthday parties, event menu pricing begins at $200 per person.
