The event celebrated the 50th anniversary of WIF (founded as Women In Film) and its ongoing collaboration with IMDb to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the entertainment industry. At the event, WIF launched its Action50 campaign, a list of 50 specific, actionable steps Hollywood can take to further advance gender equity in the screen industries.
